Highfields Console
Highfields Console is the staff side of the Highfields platform — the web console where the school runs admissions, content, campaigns and money. A registrar's kanban carries every application from enquiry to enrolment with document verification and internal notes; a notification composer targets families with a live reach count and phone-accurate preview; and a role-based dashboard puts the admissions funnel, engagement and revenue on one screen. One shared dataset with the family app: what a parent tracks is what staff move.
The console that runs the school
The heart of it is the admissions pipeline: a kanban with board and table views where every application card carries its stage, ageing, documents and assignee. Staff verify documents one by one — approvals and rejection reasons flow straight back to the parent's app — leave @mention notes for each other, and advance stages with actions that say what they do: 'Move to Assessment', never 'Submit'.
Around it sits the operating layer: a notification composer with an audience builder and a live 'reaches N users' count, phone-accurate preview and quiet-hours scheduling; a dashboard with the admissions funnel, daily engagement and revenue by stream; and a permission matrix separating Super Admin, Admin and Editor. Every record wears a mono status stamp — the whole console reads like a well-kept registrar's ledger, dense but calm, usable by office staff with zero developer involvement.

Powerful admin panels are usually developer tools in disguise. This one had to be run by school office staff — publishing content, moving applications and sending targeted campaigns without ever calling a developer.
